My name is Rachad Hakim, and I am a transportation engineer with 7+ years of experience, finishing my MBA program for Sustainable Mobility Management at the Technische Universität Berlin (TU). 

Group Leader, Transportation Engineer

• Involved in more than 30 projects in the MENA Region, including:
• Infrastructure masterplan of giga-project Qiddiya City, KSA, (334 km2) including the road works design and sustainable transport study.
• Design of BAG Development, Abu Dhabi (527 ha) including the detailed transportation design and sustainable mobility study. 
• Design of Expo 2023 Qatar (50 ha), lead of Green City Concept in Middle East and Mobility Study
• Involvement includes the following tasks:
• Responsible for studying, planning, estimating costs and completing the transportation design of roads.
• Coordinated team tasks through regular meetings to outline design work and track progress. 
• Performed the simulation, modelling, and analysis of traffic patterns, access arteries, congested areas and intersections.
• Assisted in data collection and field investigation for transportation studies and provided recommendations on traffic improvement and management of environmental impact.
• Attended meetings with international stakeholders and coordinated tasks closely within team and with involved third parties.
• Assisted the Project management team in preparing work schedules, presentations and reports.
