Originally from the south of France, I am currently pursuing a training program in technical sales with a specialization in banking and insurance. My goal is to combine my interpersonal, technical, and commercial skills. Curious, detail-oriented, and highly motivated, I am passionate about supporting clients with their financial projects and finding tailored solutions to meet their needs.I am seeking opportunities to further develop my skills in the field and actively contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty.

I provided administrative support during my law studies, then progressed to a position as a business development officer, where I was responsible for prospecting, implementing corrective actions, and setting up commercial monitoring. I also worked as a call center advisor for IMA Assistance and completed a two-month immersion internship at Matmut. I am currently finalizing my training as a technical sales representative with a specialization in banking and insurance.

During this training, I combined sales techniques with active prospecting, problem identification within companies, and solution-oriented proposals. I also leveraged social media and marketing tools to support business growth, while analyzing key figures to monitor progress and implement corrective actions when needed. This experience allowed me to discover and truly enjoy the commercial side of the profession, reinforcing my interest in customer relations and strategic sales.
