Sanika Lakshman

Seeking opportunities to work and develop a career in science. Have completed degrees in biotechnology, molecular and cellular biology and possess more than a year experience as a research assistant.

Have worked now for over a year as a Research Assistant in Cell division and Bioimaging at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg, Erlangen, Germany. Prior to this, I completed my M.Sc in Molecular and Cellular Biology from LMU, Munich, 1.58(German grade). During masters, i completed two research courses, one in microbiology and the other in oncology. My thesis was also at the institute of radio oncology in Munich, which focused on Glioblastoma in vitro studies.
B.Tech in Biotechnology from SRM Institute of Science and Technology, 89.78%. My thesis was on molecular biology topics and also bioinformatics. Completed, two projects and two internships during my bachelors. Please see CV for a detailed description.
