Assist and develop Master Schedule, integrating multiple activities considering their interdependencies
Participating in quarterly CTC (Cost to Complete) exercise by analyzing budgeted vs actual cost, design vs actual quantities, estimate and allocate resources
Uploading vendor invoices into Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System
Generating and analyzing various stock reports from ERP Inventory module for material management
Identifying the potential risks/conflicts and document them in the Project Risk Register
Identifying Sell up opportunities, including variations and claims, develop supporting calculations and documents in co-ordination with design and contract departments
Identifying the potential areas of delay, highlight the critical events & suggest mitigation measures & corrective actions along with robust recovery plan
Participating in assessment of variations and claims, including Extension of Time (EOT), using delay analysis methodologies
Discuss, communicate and resolve the planning and scheduling problems with the team members
Attending various meetings including weekly, monthly progress reviews with program analysis addressing project issues to ensure timely completion
Assist in preparation of monthly project cash flows, CAPEX, S-Curves and perform cost analyses
Preparing regular progress reports and presentations concerning interim and major milestones for business review meetings involving diverse group of professionals
