 Support in the set-up, coding. and implementation of the owner's baseline project master
schedule
 Validate work done on site and update the Owner's Master Schedule. 
 Monitor and report Labor and Productivity metrics into Management system with all contractors
and EPCM.
 Provide accurate and timely planning, information, such as progress and productivity updates,along
 with critical path, near critical path, and other extracts from the schedule(s)
 Monitor progress of Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning works. Advise
progress and status in a timely manner, particularly schedule variances. 
 Take an active role in the Owner's weekly schedule review to discuss progress, highlight
schedule variance and coordinate the resolution of open issues and risks. 
 Review contractor's construction schedules and provide feedback on improving the
quality of the schedule towards establishing a baseline schedule. 
 Establish Progress measurement system for EPCM and contractors and generate
progress reports (Incl. S-curves) towards managing the project progress. 
 Attend routine progress meetings and reviews with contractors. Maintain accurate
meeting records, agreed actions, and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
 Perform any other related duties based on the exigencies of the Company as assigned by
the Supervisor. 
