Selina Kühberger

Hello, nice to meet you!

I am Selina, 24 years old and currently working in a German company as an administrative assistant. Throughout my carreer I made sure to build a solid foundation for myself by sucessfully completing two vocational trainings of four years in total. So, I am now qualified to work as a trilingual assistent for English, French and German and an office administrator. My goal is to incorporate these professional skills into an international working environment.

In general, it is important for me to surround myself with people of different cultural and social backgrounds. There is so much to learn from diversity. Also, I am really into learning about personal development and psychology. I guess that is one of the reasons why for me, it is easy to connect with people and find similarities to talk about. I have experienced these soft skills of an outgoing empath to be just as useful in our modern business world as in my private life.

• Managing agendas/travel arrangements/appointments
• Creating and updating of records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
• Supporting budgeting and bookkeeping procedures (SAP)
• Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel
• Managing phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment
