As a Senior Global Pricing Manger, I create and launch pricing strategies, processes and systems and define the organization’s pricing structure accordingly.

Identifying potential for improvement and optimizing processes to make them more efficient is my passion and my talent. I resolve company’s pricing challenges, systematically and deliberately, striving for sustainable growth. Pricing positionning analysis is my key to maximize customer value and increase their willness to pay. By analyzing sales figures and historical data, defining and implementing pricing measures, I am uncovering margin potential, increasing market share and generating significant business value. 

Building and maintaining communication between critical business functions and leading balanced change management is the key to success in Pricing. The bridges I built remove friction and allow for more efficient decision making.
