Myself Sreeharsha H.C is looking for Job in Finance and accounting were i have got 8.8 Years of experience in 3 different organization in Accounts Payable and Receivable were i was working in SAP and Concur, i was looking opening in website and got to know that there is suitable job were my profile was matching. I have 8.8 Years of experience in STP with 3 different origination, were i was supporting for Europe and US region. i was supporting for Invoices processing, issue resolution and GR team.  

Bildung

  • Working on GRNI for Europe Region. 
  • Extracting GRNI Report on weekly basis and providing the status to Market advisor.
  • Worked for Key Accounting team for NA and EMEA Region.
  • Point of contact for all customer queries related to invoice payments and credit holds   
  • Daily reporting of overdue invoice and Monthly Analysis paid.
  • Worked on parked and blocked report.
  • Performing Vendor reconciliation.
  • Generating and publishing report to team.
  • Debit Balance & GL Account Analysis and Clean up. 
  • Month End and Yearly activity: - Reclass & Accruals for NA.
  • Processing PO and Non-PO based Accounts payable invoices.
  • Perform invoice Investigation to control ageing on Quantity and Price discrepancy and preparing escalation reports.
  • Coordinating with Payment, IP and VDM team in order to resolve the respective issues.

Maintain the E-mail TAT as per SLA
