As an Operations Leader, I have spent my professional career in the operational excellence arena, in both the Corporate and the Consulting worlds. I thrive driving sustainable process improvements with exceptional results as well as creating and running lean production operations on a global level. 

I believe in the importance of entrepreneurial spirit, passion and humility to work with people at all levels of any organization, bring out the best of them, make them win and build relationships based on honesty, trust, integrity and ownership. I am at my best when I build the unobvious solution, taking a unique route and challenge the status quo with the purpose of exceeding with my team expected outcomes like the reduction of manufacturing lead time by 99.9% or driving ITOs in the range of 300.

I constantly keep my eye on creating a culture focused on doing the right thing, while enabling a safe space to learn from failure and not losing the sense of humor.
