Currently, I’m attending language school to improve my German. I am excited about the prospect of joining an organization where I can learn, grow, and make meaningful contributions. My ultimate goal is to obtain residency in Germany, and I am also open to freelance opportunities as I work towards this goal. Currently, as a Recruiter at Auto Talent Solutions, I conduct virtual interviews, create custom interview guides, and optimize recruitment strategies to identify and attract top-tier candidates.

Previously, I served as the General Manager of Sales and Marketing at Ray Skillman Westside Auto Mall, where I implemented financial strategies, drove recruitment processes, and aligned marketing initiatives with sales objectives. My role as a Technician at ACE Engineering involved performing complex structural repairs on aircraft, showcasing my technical proficiency and leadership in maintenance operations.

These experiences have equipped me with strong skills in project management, team building, and operational optimization, enabling me to thrive in diverse professional settings.

I have undergone extensive training in various areas that complement my professional experience. I hold dual master’s degrees in Management & Leadership and Psychology, which have equipped me with a robust understanding of strategic management and human behavior. Additionally, I am CompTIA Project+ Certified, which has provided me with a solid foundation in project management principles and practices. I recently completed 35 PDU courses for my PMP.
