Proficient in International trade logistics, exports and imports, operations, human resource management, sales and marketing, and emotional intelligence. Strong support professional with a Master of Business Administration - MBA with a concentration in International Business from GITAM Deemed University.

I was part of the HRMS Team (Human Resources Management Systems) with Accenture. My key responsibilities were to manage, execute and support the complete scope of HR services delivered, including internal and external HR service providers. We, as a team, dealt with various processes like Employee Self-services, Change Records, Global Career Programs, Payroll, Exit Recon, Rehire Forms, etc. We also provided feedback and input for the improvement of all programs, processes, policies and are accountable for driving consistent standardized and effective service delivery with employee relations, internal controls, and compliance, learning, records, and document management. Within a few months of joining Accenture, I got a basic overview of the HR stream, how HR plays a significant role in an organization, and the process involved from Onboarding to Exit. I have learnt about the company's corporate culture, working style, rules and regulations, policies, team coordination, and team involvement in completing the projects.

I Swathi Jonna pursuing my second master's degree in Global Logistics and Supply Chain Management at Kuehne Logistics University, Hamburg. I have completed my Bachelor's in Business Administration with a Major in Human Resource Management at Villa Marie Degree College, Osmania University, Hyderabad, India. I have an MBA in International Business. Operations and Marketing as major electives from GITAM University, Visakhapatnam, India. This program has endowed me with an in-depth knowledge of several aspects associated with Marketing, Administration, HR, Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
