Thanh Yen Nhi Nguyen

My name is Thanh Yen Nhi Nguyen – a well-versed executive with nearly two-year in the Marketing Digital and Media Operations in Vietnam. I have the passion for exploring the data to investigate media trends and proposing marketing approach, which is the main reason for my application in International Marketing and Media Management M.A. program in HMKW Hochschule. 

Here is my highlighted experience recently:

• I was studying BSc International Business Economics at Foreign Trade University (FTU) which is one of the Business and Economics leading universities in Vietnam, I got total score 7.76 per 10 (equivalent to Good grading in Germany).
• I've currently studied M.A. International Marketing and Media Management in HMKW Hochschule für Medien, Kommunikation und Wirtschaft, Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
• When I was in Vietnam, I had got some relevant work experience in Marketing and Media field such as Account Executive and Market Research Intern. When working in these positions, I developed many necessary skills and gained some essential foundations in the Marketing field. Here are some noticeable skills that I've developed: Media- & Data-orientation, Risk Management, Project Management and Microsoft Office skill.
• Moreover, having nearly two-year-experience as an Account Executive in ADTIMA – a vendor in operating media displays on its ecosystem as well as providing strategic solutions, I can work independently and manage my own key accounts like Samsung and Coke. I can not only work well with a team but also can manage some tasks independently. As an Account Executive, I could deal with pressure of multi-tasks and make satisfied outcomes.

Despite lack of experience working abroad and still having some weaknesses, I will try my best to complete my responsibilities and prove my competence. I am looking forward to your response.

(1) Account Executive at ADTIMA Joint Stock in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Responsibilities & Achievements:

• Media- & Data-orientation:

Follow up daily media reports and optimize delivered KPIs to ensure that media performance equal or higher the benchmarks.

Have basic knowledge of programmatic, attribution and the overall digital landscape.

• Project & Account Management:

Work independently with many key clients such as COKE, Samsung and BAEMIN, including building up, revising and handling end-to-end campaigns running on ADTIMA ecosystem.

Manage internal and external stakeholders to deliver the best outcomes for brands.

(2) Market Research and Account Intern at Reputable Asia Agency in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Responsibilities & Achievements:

•Data-orientation: Use data analytics tools and measure Social Listening for clients.

•Microsoft Office: Consolidate raw data and make weekly reports evaluating brands’ social listening rate.

•Revenue Management: Build up plan quotations and control the budget.
