Experienced in event management, developing communicative processes and educational materials, and coordinating administrative tasks. The one thing I need to work well is a problem to solve: show me the consequences, and I'll show you the results.
Erfahrung
At GetYourGuide, I’ve been helping shape how employees learn and grow, especially through internal training programs. One of my biggest projects has been coordinating the Guided GenAI Program, which introduced over 800 employees to generative AI and digital tools. I also played a key role in planning Summit Week, where I designed an automated tracking system to monitor attendance and engagement, making the whole process smoother. On top of that, I support the Workplace Experience Team by handling logistical tasks, like room bookings for the Berlin office, and I’ve automated key onboarding and event workflows using Jira, cutting pre-boarding time by more than half.
At TeenEagle, I worked on creating and managing assessments for international English competitions, reaching over 17,000 online participants and 2,000 in-person learners. I also had the opportunity to present my research on pedagogy at IATEFL 2022 and 2023 and lead teacher training workshops, helping educators develop new skills. A big part of my role involved organizing on-site logistics for events, ensuring everything ran smoothly for around 250 attendees—whether that meant supporting facilitators, setting up materials, or managing the overall event flow.
Ausbildung
As a volunteer Project Leader for Onboarding at Kapitel Deutschlandstipendium — a role which I pitched and built from scratch — I gained hands-on experience that taught me more than any course or book ever could. I developed an onboarding module for the 2024/25 scholarship holders at Freie Universität Berlin, working with three Board Members to establish a strong brand identity that laid the groundwork for future growth and stakeholder engagement. I also created a communication plan that increased participation in networking events from an average of 3 people per event to 35. In short, this three-month experience gave me invaluable experience in strategic planning, branding, and community engagement within an organization and clientele that truly mattered to me.
