It organizes team communication into one place for optimal work efficiency and performance. Team conversations are thus categorized by topic to facilitate easy access and quick communication. It includes several features like Messaging, One2One Call, Group Call, Call Transfer, Call Forward, Scheduling Meeting, Recording Meeting, and Taking Notes during a Meeting. 

Created automation test scripts in Robot Framework for Web, Android and iOS Apps using Selenium and Appium libraries. { Timely planning and execution of automation test cases for various environments. 

Created and executed Laodtest scripts in testRTC and Locust tools to identify the maximum number of parallel One2One Calls, Group Calls, and Meetings within the webRTC application. 

 Analysis of the obtained testRTC tool’s metrics for possible bottlenecks, fail cases, and load testing problems.  Visited customer location twice for managing smoke testing, delegating bug-fix, and accelerating the product deployment. 

Assisted in manual testing of non-automatable test scenarios, e.g. ringtone test, LED blink test. Good communication and interpersonal skills, which foster good working relationship with clients and colleagues
