The key question is: Why should you hire me of all people? First of all, my young age stands out. At the age of 21, I successfully completed my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich this year; this graduation age is below the average for university graduates in Germany. This youth brings with it a lot of motivation and energy, which is characterized by fast learning and an openness to new experiences. 
 

My internship at Schroders Real Estate Asset Management GmbH gave me valuable insights into the practice of real estate management. During my internship in Real Estate Asset Management at Schroders Real Estate Asset Management GmbH, I significantly improved my communication skills through regular contact with various stakeholders, including investors and business partners. I was also able to sharpen my organizational and analytical skills by preparing detailed reports, planning events and analyzing market trends. These experiences have shown me the importance of clear communication, careful planning and data-based decisions for success.

I successfully completed my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich this year. During this first degree, I attended seminars in digital business and marketing as well as finance and insurance. Finally, my Bachelor's thesis was successfully completed at the Chair of Marketing.
