• Responsible for developing back-end Conversational AI-based applications for GCAA (General Civil Aviation Authority UAE) & BT Group, UK using Python & Node JS.
• My role involved creating, utilising and maintaining APIs, integrations, technical problem solving & providing software solutions that comply with standard coding patterns as well as improving the quality of the codebase and creating the high-level document(HLD).
• Managed discussions related to architecture, design, performance, and scalability as well as led the development and maintenance of voice, chat and messaging bot teams using Amazon Web Services(AWS). In addition, was responsible for the integration & debugging of a fully functional application bot on Alexa’s mobile app and Echo devices.
• Involved in developing an end-to-end three-layer architecture flow, enabling security to the application, and creating SQL(joins, queries, stored procedures and statements) to meet the client’s requirements using SQL Server Management Studio.
• Performing unit and integration testing, resolving application-related bugs as well as providing fixes, code reviews, maintaining error logs, deploying code to the production server and evaluating user feedback.
• Developed a sentiment analysis Flask-based web framework system that involved fetching data from the SQL database server and populating sentiment analysed data on the dashboard in the form of gauges and bar graphs.
• Received Bravo Award & cash prize in 2020 for outstanding work and repeatedly demonstrating the core values of rising and driving positive changes at work.
