As a Administrative Officer in Tetra Pak, I had major tasks to Manage technical administration for Supply Chain Management i.e., Contract Creations in SAP MM moudule, creating service orders, Customizing it by using various Tcodes, Procurement, Overtime report, Implementing new approach/processes, Technical issues, Invoicing, creadit notes,debit notes and internal activities. I also Updated, maintained, and improved service reporting quality by engineers. Took Ownership to drove for solutions in esclating area of different clients. I was adhered to financial book closing deadline and made sure to capture all cost and revenue. I maximize my work efficiency by reducing lead time to invoice and reducing open cost to zero. Along with these tasks I was handling team of 30 engineers and trained new FSEs. 
I have also worked on ERP tool in Logistics at Flex Pvt. Ltd. I have gained valuable experience in Logistics management, Shipping arrangement, Freight forwarding, quotations. My leadership style focused on engaging team members to communicate, dynamically solve problems and deliver the highest quality solutions. 
In my current Organization as a SCM Administrator in Eurotronic Technology GmbH, I am handling Vendor evaluation, Consignments, Goods dispatch management, delivery notes, Invoicing process, Order Creation and Purchase order processing using SAP B1. I also plan and manage stock capacities as a SCM Planner. 
The Above experience has provided me with a hands-on experience in SAP MM module, SAP B1, ERP, CRM, Supply Chain Management, and quality assurance while satisfying customer demands.
