I’m an Engineer in the field of Robotics and Artificial Intelligence. I am capable of dealing with scientific theories, algorithms and methods for designing and developing AI-based systems. 

My passion is centered in developing and implementing robotic systems, including programming and implementation of computer systems, sensor systems, and computer vision.

Automatic detection of dye and pry experiments using Convolutional Neural Networks in R.

-Setting up a DMAIC plan based on Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma. 

-Extracting customer needs by a VOC survey.

-Creating a manual application in shiny to improve the current method of inspection.

-Connecting results of manual application to an SQL database.

-Generating a desktop application based on Electronjs.

-Creating an automatic application based on CNN models.

-Fine tuning pretrained models (VGG16, VGG19, Resnet50, InceptionV3, Xception) on Ball Grid Arrays for inspection.

-Storing and sharing all files on an SVN Subversion server.

-Fixing parameters for each CNN model based on their evaluation test.

-Building a stacked ensemble model based on the CNN models chosen.

-Integration of the model in a shiny application for automatic inspection of BGAs.

-Connecting the datasets in the SVN to the SQL database for a continuous improvement of the model.

-Applying a Gage R&R method for verification.

Digitalization of the quality control of car seats with an Agile Methodology

Realization of the fault detection system (Machine Learning in Python):

-Preparation of the images of the different parts (conforming and non-conforming).

-Image enhancement for a good learning process.

-Realization and comparison between the results of the different models.

-Application of transfer learning models.

-Study of the implementation of the solution on a raspberry pi board.

-Realization of a graphical interface with pyqt5.

-Stacking of the models to ensure good prediction in practice.

Conception and realization of an application of the gage R&R in VB.net: 

-Needs analysis.

-Creation of the employee's profile in vb.net.

-Linking the personnel number database to the application.

-Creation of personalized reports containing the results of each employee using Crystal Reports.
