I have over 17 years of professional experience in textile chemistry, covering research & development, technical product management, production, and consultancy roles across Europe, Turkey, Egypt, and Bangladesh. My career has focused on textile chemicals, denim washing, dyeing processes, and sustainable manufacturing practices.

I have worked extensively on the development of textile dyeing and washing chemicals, managing R&D activities from formulation to industrial application. My experience includes ensuring compliance with international quality standards, RSL requirements, and sustainability criteria, as well as optimizing production processes to meet customer and ecological expectations.

In managerial and consultancy positions, I supported leading textile manufacturers by overseeing fabric supply, supervising chemical processes (weaving, knitting, dyeing, washing, printing), and improving technical performance in close cooperation with senior management. I have also led production teams, implemented new washing and dyeing technologies, and provided technical training to supervisors and factory staff.
