We are looking for a dynamic and proactive professional to join our team as a Sales Manager in the field of Press and Forming Technology. As part of your role, your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships (both nationally and internationally)
• Analyzing markets and identifying technology trends to tap into new sales potentials
• Proactively acquiring new projects and building business relationships at a senior level (OEM, Retrofit)
• Contributing to the development and implementation of industry strategy, pricing strategy, and growth concepts
• Collaborating strategically and operationally with all HYDAC product areas
• Monitoring and managing extensive projects from conceptualization to successful completion
• Developing customized solutions and proposals in collaboration with product areas
• Presenting complex issues to customers, suppliers, sales, and product areas
• Visiting customers both domestically and abroad
• Developing marketing concepts
