About The Position
Creative excellence is a pillar of our strong HOLY brand, beloved by hundreds of thousands of HOLY Squad members. Our in-house creative studio sits at the heart of that, a cross-disciplinary team of designers, writers, and videographers working together to produce work that builds the brand and drives performance. Their output reaches millions of new viewers every month and converts customers into true brand enthusiasts across channels and regions.
We're looking for a
Sr. Graphic Designer – Performance Marketing
to join our creative studio. In this role, you'll be the creative engine behind our paid social marketing efforts, crafting visuals that don't just build brand love but drive real results – all while learning and growing as a designer in an inspiring, fast-paced environment, contributing to one of the world's fastest-growing consumer brands.
The role's responsibilities include:
- Design performance creative for HOLY's core marketing channels – including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google and Amazon – from static ads to iterative variations optimized for results.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters and our performance marketing team to develop campaign concepts end-to-end, from ideation through to final execution.
- Analyze and interpret creative performance data, using insights to inform design decisions, iterate on assets, and continuously improve results.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems in Figma, leveraging auto-layout and components to enable fast, efficient creative production at scale.
- Contribute to broader design projects as capacity allows, including print materials, product packaging, retail displays, and other brand touch points.
- Champion brand consistency across all outputs, ensuring every piece of creative, whether for performance or brand, meets our high visual standards.
- (Bonus) Evolve HOLY's ad creative from static to motion through simple animations, including GIFs, logo animations, and animated end-card CTAs.
About You
We're seeking an experienced designer who lives at the intersection of brand craft and performance thinking – someone who can make beautiful work and tell you why it converts. You should be a quick learner with a growth mindset, strong communication skills, and a diligent work style with an eye for detail.
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Min. 3–5 years of work experience in graphic design with a strong focus on performance / digital marketing design (experience in e-commerce / D2C is a strong plus).
- Degree in communication design (or similar studies).
- Data fluent, with a strong understanding of how creative drives performance, experience with A/B testing, and a comfort in using data to inform your design decisions.
- Conceptual thinking is a plus, you're able to bring fresh ideas to brainstorming sessions and push creative beyond the expected to find what truly resonates with audiences.
- Expert-level Figma skills, including a solid understanding of auto-layout, components, and design system thinking.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Basic skills in Adobe After Effects for simple animation creation like logo animations, GIFs and end-card CTAs are a plus.
- Strong typography and layout skills, demonstrated through your portfolio.
- Fluency in English is a must. German language skills are a plus.
- Based in Berlin, with a hybrid work model (3+ days in the office).

The Process
As we are experiencing rapid growth and have ambitious plans, the optimal start date for the position is today. Nonetheless, we are prepared to patiently await the arrival of the ideal candidate, recognizing that quality ultimately yields the best results.
- Getting to know you: After reviewing your portfolio and/or CV, Lutza, our Sr. Talent Partner will have a 30-minute screening interview with you to discuss more about HOLY and the position and see if our expectations match.
- Case study: As soon as you have successfully completed the first interview, you will receive a case study.
- Advanced discussion: In the second meeting, the team will discuss your case study with you and answer questions in our office, the HOLY Temple.
- Founder interview: As a strong cultural fit is important to us, you will have a final meeting with Mathias, one of our HOLY Founders. This gives both you and us the opportunity for a final check.
- Job offer and decision: If everything goes well, you will receive an offer and we are ready to embark on this journey together with you
