We are currently seeking an IT Administrator (m/f/d) for our IT department at the Bovenau location. Check out the details below:

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Support of computer systems in laboratory and production environments, along with the corresponding IT infrastructure (GxP/GMP)
• Ensuring the validated state of the systems throughout their lifecycle
• Implementation of data integrity and IT security procedures such as backups, access control, recoverability, and archiving
• Preparation of required regulatory documentation including validation plans, reports, IT acceptance tests, and deviations
• Collaboration in the design and validation of new computer systems
• Integration of computer systems into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
• Assistance to the central IT team
• Point of contact for departments in the laboratory and production environments

What we are looking for:

• Completed training or degree in the IT field
• Proficiency in Windows operating systems, IT security requirements, and networking
• Ideally, experience with older operating system versions
• Knowledge of IT system administration in the pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated environment is a plus
• Ability to coordinate workflows considering overarching contexts
• Strong communication skills and characteristics such as precision, sense of duty, teamwork, and success orientation
