    Your Profile

    • Medical license in Germany and specialization in child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy
    • Willingness to take on medical responsibility as a senior physician
    • Committed and collegial demeanor
    • Proficiency in the PEPP remuneration system and basic knowledge of the PPP guidelines
    • Empathy, respect, understanding, tolerance, and helpfulness in dealing with patients and colleagues
    • Alignment with the goals of a religious sponsor and the clinic-wide child protection objectives

    Your Responsibilities

    • Ensuring guideline-based care for children, adolescents, and young adults
    • Leading a multidisciplinary team of physicians, psychotherapists, specialized therapists, social workers, and nursing and educational staff
    • Promoting the independence of sick children and adolescents and supporting their reintegration
    • Providing high-quality training for future physicians and enhancing their practical experience
    • Contributing to committees and projects on child protection, digitization, and quality management
    • Being on call for frontline crisis intervention services
