Tasks:
Adaptation of the design of auxiliary converters for railway and aerospace applications
Product requirements and collaboration with the purchasing department for procurement(electronic components, inductive components, heat sinks, fans, power supply)- Collaboration in the re-validation of the product after design customization
Adaptation of the electrical interfaces to the subsystems
Creation and coordination of the specifications for the design
Support the design implementation and realization in prototype construction
Carrying out electrical and thermal tests in the laboratory and on the vehicle
Your Profile
University degree engineer specialising in electrical engineering, specialising in power electronics
Previous experience in the development of power electronic devices in the areas of auxiliary systems or railway technology
Experience with the design and testing of power electronic circuits power range up to 100 kW
Experience in the use of SiC semiconductors
Experience in simulation with Matlab/Simulink
German and English skills B2+
