- Management, planning and control of national and international IT projects of the cross-platform HCM components
- Take responsibility for project success with regard to customer satisfaction and economic efficiency
- Coordination of all internal project participants as well as our external partners
- Be a competent contact for our stakeholders
- Ensure smooth communication and documentation in the responsible projects
- Contribute to the development of our cloud and on-premise systems in the HR area
- IT operations management of the systems with internal and external service providers to agreed service level agreements
- Release management to ensure that the solutions are up-to-date
- Close cooperation with HR stakeholders and responsibility in mentoring and coaching young professionals
- Active contribution to our agile teams and working methods
- Completed degree in (business) informatics or an engineering science or comparable qualification with knowledge acquired in practice
- Proven track record in delivering complex IT projects working collaboratively with stakeholders, ideally with a focus SAP HCM Solutions
- Extensive experience in managing project teams
- Strong project management skills, especially with regard to communication, capacity and budget planning, task prioritization, management of external service providers and internal customer care
- Business-fluent English, German is a strong plus
- Willingness to travel (worldwide) if required
- Social and intercultural sensitivity, knowledge of dealing with complex and critical situations, ability to think analytically, strong presentation and moderation skills
- Keen perception and an independent, structured and customer and solution-oriented way of working
