    What to expect?

    • You will support the Sangross® merchandise management system in use and provide user support
    • You will develop new components, interfaces to third-party products, evaluations, and more
    • You will help with hardware and software malfunctions and provide immediate solutions in initial contact
    • You will analyze system messages and take care of maintenance and documentation
    • You will be responsible for independent error and fault rectification
    • You will develop solutions for the users you support
    • You will be in charge of the customer hotline

    What should you bring?

    • You have a commercial, technical, or equivalent education (IT specialist, business administration graduate, IT system electronics technician), technical degree, or acquired knowledge
    • You ideally have a joy for customer interaction and programming skills
    • You have a high level of commitment, as well as an independent and goal-oriented way of working
    • You enjoy working in a team and impress with your communication skills
    • You stand out for your analytical thinking and conceptual strength
    • You have a high level of service orientation and reliability
    • You have a courteous and friendly demeanor
    • You speak German fluently
