Analyzing and resolving faults by phone, email and remotely - 1st and 2nd level support function for German and international locations with upstream external 1st level helpdesk
Independent ticket processing in a small team
Documentation of IT processes, including ticket documentation
Completed training as an IT specialist in system integration or comparable training
First professional experience in IT support and helpdesk
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Good knowledge of Windows 10 and 11, the Microsoft Office 365 family and Microsoft Intune desirable, possibly with MCSA certification
