- Develop and execute a plant maintenance strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Prepare capital budget forecasts, cost estimates, and operational plans for plant improvements.
- Design and implement effective Planned Maintenance Master and Implementation plans.
- Establish a world-class housekeeping environment and execute effective PM and work order programs.
- Support the team to meet performance and succession needs.
- Ensure maintenance employees are well-trained and current on certifications.
- Provide leadership across the plant and support cross-functional projects.
- Assist plant leader with other duties as required.
- Communicate expectations around continuous improvement and TPM with all team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- A minimum of 7 years of Maintenance experience working in a manufacturing environment with proven leadership expertise.
- Total Productive Maintenance experience and relevant background in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.
- Excellent knowledge of English and German.
