At our school, approximately 230 students learn in small class sizes. Effective learning is facilitated by a well-designed daily routine that allows for individual guidance and assistance with learning difficulties. With a bound all-day schedule from 08:00 - 15:45, successful learning at LEONARDO is made possible through individual learning pace.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting collaborative teaching in grades 1 to 12
• Working according to support plans
• Parental involvement
• Documentation

Your Qualifications:

• Second state examination or degree in special needs education
• OR
• Similar qualification with a focus on special needs education, experience in assessments and support planning
• Readiness for innovation, diversity of ideas, and commitment
• Passion for reform pedagogical concepts
• Willingness for continuous education and training
• Alignment with AWO's goals
• Team spirit, communication skills, and commitment complete your profile
