The RegPower GmbH, based in Regensburg, focuses on planning, constructing, and operating renewable energy generation plants, primarily biogas plants.

We are a growing company in the renewable energy sector and are currently seeking a Technical Supervisor (m/f/d) for Biogas Plant Operations

Your responsibilities include:

• Organizing maintenance and repairs of biogas plants
• Monitoring plant operations
• Troubleshooting, conducting error checks, and resolving issues
• Optimizing plant availability
• Assisting with plant expansions
• Supporting projects

What we are looking for:

• Experience in plant operation or construction of biogas plants
• Reliable and meticulous work ethic
• Strong communication skills with a focus on solutions
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Willingness to work approximately 75% of the time from home with 25% travel readiness (visiting biogas plants/projects)
