Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our finance accounting team in Germany.

• As part of the finance accounting team, you will be responsible for processing and booking incoming invoices, travel expense reports, and credit card statements.
• You will also coordinate approvals for accounts payable invoices.
• Your attention to detail will shine through as you check master data in the area of creditors and other administrative tasks.
• Additionally, you will book and verify various business transactions.

Qualifications

• A commercial apprenticeship is required, and initial professional experience in accounting (accounts receivable and accounts payable) is ideal.
• Excellent work ethic, high degree of responsibility, and quality awareness set successful candidates apart.
• Fluency in German (level C1 or higher) and strong communication skills in English are necessary.
