- You schedule the pick-up for approx. 30 local transport tours
- You process faulty dangerous goods shipments and faulty customers
- You check outgoing shipments
- You control the loading of outgoing shipments including the creation of freight documents
- You check the export documents
- You take over the recording of shipments and pick-up orders
- You coordinate the delivery dates with the recipients and the collection dates with the senders
- You take over the driver handling incl. completion of delivery tours
- You are responsible for assigning the status of deliveries and collections
- You are responsible for customer service / complaints processing
- You have successfully completed training in the field of forwarding/logistics or have comparable professional experience
- You are assertive, decisive and a team player
- You are willing to work shifts
- You have knowledge of the legal regulations on driving times, dangerous goods, load securing and good local knowledge is desirable
