- Support in the aggregation and controlling of personnel planning for an assigned area
- Preparation of requirements calculations/planning for an assigned area (assembly hall 9)
- Support with the following activities:
Monitor target specifications, check and prepare relocations, program regroupings in relation to the personnel situation/development, update personnel planningCarry out target/actual comparisons, analyze deviations and make recommendations for actionPrepare and process the results of operational planning for an assigned area. Identify and clarify implausibilities (e.g. with regard to assumptions made). Propose measures to achieve targets - Develop dynamic process models and control options in day-to-day operations
- Integration of innovative tools for daily personnel management at work level Qualifikationen
- Degree in economics, industrial engineering or a comparable course of study
- Proficient in written and spoken German and English
- Confident handling of MS Office
