- Analyse der regulatorischen Human Factors-Anforderungen und Entwicklung des Ansatzes zur Zertifizierung.
- Vertreten unseres Unternehmens als Autorität in Human Factors-Angelegenheiten gegenüber Regulierungsbehörden.
- Entwicklung und Validierung von Human Factors- und Human Machine Interface-Anforderungen sowie Unterstützung bei deren Zerlegung auf Systemebene, um sicherzustellen, dass die Flugzeuganforderungen überprüfbar und validiert sind und zu einem zertifizierbaren Design führen.
- Planung und Durchführung iterativer Bewertungen des Designs aus humanfaktorischer Perspektive in Desktop-, Labor-, Simulator- und Flugzeug-Testumgebungen.
- Planung und Durchführung von Workload- und Humanfehleranalyseprogrammen.
- Verfassen technischer Dokumente (Designberichte, Testpläne/-berichte und Zertifizierungsberichte) für Human Factors-bezogene Aktivitäten.
- Bereitstellung von Human Factors-Fachwissen für das Unternehmen bei Bedarf.
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Unternehmensprozessen, einschließlich der Entwicklung, Prüfung und Planung von Human Factors-Aktivitäten.
- Aktive Unterstützung bei der Verbesserung der Teameffizienz durch Gestaltung von Prozessen und Analysetools.
- Ihr Profil:
- M.Sc./M.Eng. oder Promotion in Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik oder ähnlicher Disziplin (Kybernetik oder Humanpsychologie) erforderlich.
- 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Human Factors Engineering im Luft- und Raumfahrtkontext (ideal wäre Vertrautheit mit dem Betrieb von Flugzeugcockpits).
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Verwaltung aller technischen Aspekte im Engineering-Lebenszyklus von der Definition der Anforderungen bis zur Produktqualifikation/Zertifizierung.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der regulatorischen und branchenspezifischen Standards (CS.23/25 und/oder CS.27/29, RTCA, ARINC, SAE).
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Durchführung von Compliance-Testprogrammen, idealerweise gemäß CSXX.1302, einschließlich Testbank-, Simulations- und Luftfahrzeugumgebungen.
- Solides Verständnis von Systemtechnikprozessen und -methoden (z.B. ARP4754A).
- Tiefgreifende Kenntnisse von Flugzeugavioniksystemen, insbesondere im Hinblick auf die Mensch-Maschine-Schnittstelle der Besatzung.
- Starke Motivation, beim Aufbau und der Gestaltung Ihrer Organisation, Strukturen und Prozesse zu helfen.
