- Collaboration on strategic projects related to innovation & sustainability across different divisions
- Developing project documents and presentations
- Assisting with digitalization and automation of project tasks, including AI integration
- Organizing workshops and project meetings
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's/Master's degree in economics, natural sciences, such as business chemistry, industrial engineering, or related fields
- Passion for structured work and willingness to adopt new methods and tools
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented approach
- Desire for professional and personal growth, excellent communication skills
- Committed, motivated, team player with initiative
- Fluency in German and good command of written and spoken English
