What you can expect?

• Lead a team of 30 test engineers within the Crash Test Centre department - taking responsibility for both technical oversight and disciplinary management.
• Collaborate closely with the team to translate business objectives into actionable plans, strategically positioning us for long-term success.
• Foster collaboration and synergy across other organizational units, optimizing operational efficiency.
• Ensure continuous improvement of departmental health and safety standards through regular employee training aligned with management and regulatory guidelines.

What you bring?

• Technical studies in electrical engineering, automotive engineering, or mechatronics, coupled with a solid grasp of business principles.
• Prior professional experience and proven team leadership within a comparable role are highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience and expertise in battery crash/abuse testing, facilitating the successful execution of laboratory operations.
• Exceptional communication skills, assertiveness, and strong interpersonal abilities, including empathy and a collaborative mindset.
• Profound understanding of ensuring compliance with company policies, standards, and operational protocols.
• Business fluency in both written and spoken English is required - German is a plus.
