- Complete administration of the Microsoft 365 environment, includingconfiguration, maintenance and monitoring of services such asExchange, SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive
- Ensuring system security, includingimplementation and monitoring of security measures and theirrisk-based continuous updating
- Carrying outadministrative tasks with a focus on collaboration andcommunication, including the implementation of digital events
- Creation and maintenance of theconfiguration management plan
- Supportingusers with technical questions and problems in connection withMicrosoft 365 for our locations throughout Germany
- Support for our customer projects on IT topics
- Training inthe IT sector, alternatively a degree in computer science orcomparable qualifications
- Technicalexpertise in cloud technologies, in particular Microsoft 365 andEntra ID
- Several years of experience insystem administration
- Experience in usersupport with a strong customer and service orientation
- Knowledge in the handling of IT projects
- German and English at a business fluent level (C1 / C2)
- Willingness to travel ; driving license,class B
