- You are responsible for managing projects within the Gypsum Division at Knauf related to drywall products, gypsum plasters and floor screeds
- In your role you will lead and manage projects on regional and global level in the area of product, market and business development, make-or-buy analysis, M&A, production network optimization, etc.
- Your responsibilities include the identification and allocation of resources needed for project execution, defining potential risks, ensuring optimal utilization and developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project deliverables
- Furthermore you will actively engage project members and stakeholders to ensure meeting agreed time plans and keeping them informed of project progress, addressing concerns and managing expectations effectively
- Within the period of 12 months there is the perspective to take over the lead of a team of project managers within the Global Product Management organization
- You have established the basis for your professional journey through a bachelor or master of science in business management and / or engineering in the field of mechanical, electrical, civil or processes
- Proven experience as a project manager with a successful track record of leading and delivering projects on time and within budget will distinguish you
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of project management methodologies and an analytical mindset with the ability to identify problems, evaluate options and implement effective solutions
- Proficiency in project management software and knowledge of industry specific regulations, standards and best practices is a plus
- Fluency in English is a must and proficiency in German (written and spoken) round off your profile
