As IT Project ManagerCustomer Success (m/f/d), you will manage the individual setup fornew customers and users of the onOffice CRM system - from dataintegration and customization to user training.

onOffice is digitizing the real estate industry withleading cloud-based software for real estate agents. Around 5,000companies with approx. 35,000 users use it to successfully organizetheir customer relationships, real estate properties and dailybusiness processes - and new users are constantly being added.

In the Customer Success Team, you willorganize the successful launch of our software. Together with ourspecialist departments, you will ensure a smooth launch whilekeeping an eye on budget, time and quality.

Your tasks

• Coordinate the software implementation withyour customers in their onboarding phase with our software
• Define the project goals, set the relevantmilestones and evaluate the project results
• Organize individual changes and adjustments for your customers
• Carry out independent training for new users
• Optimize our processes and workflowstogether with the Customer Success Team

Your profile

• With acommercial apprenticeship, a degree in business administration orsimilar, you have good qualifications, but we also welcome careerchangers
• Thanks to your experience, you areconfident in dealing with customers and your affinity for IT topicsallows you to quickly familiarize yourself with our products andprocesses
• With your open-minded nature, youeasily establish a common level of communication
• We are an international company and communicate inEnglish as well as German
