Mit unserem Team von Onsite Administratoren unterstützen wir das lokale Admin-Team unserer Kunden aus dem Mittelstand oder übernehmen die Administration komplett. Wir betreuen Kunden im 1st und 2nd Level Support mit im Regelfall IT Seats.Nach einer Einarbeitungsphase im Team übernehmen Sie ganztägige Termine bei unseren Kunden vor Ort in deren internen IT-Abteilung. Sie sind verantwortlich für Supportaufgaben im 1st und 2nd Level Bereich, führen die eigenständige Analyse und Problemlösung durch, qualifizieren Tickets für Fachteams vor und dokumentieren die Tätigkeiten im Ticketsystem des Kunden. Da Sie bei mehreren Kunden zum Einsatz kommen, können Sie sich auf eine abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit mit immer neuen Aufgaben und Herausforderungen freuen.
