- Sie sind Ansprechpartner/in lokaler Betriebsräte in allen kollektivrechtlichen Angelegenheiten und verantworten in Zusammenarbeit mit dem HR-Management und den Fachbereichen u.a. die Ausarbeitung und Verhandlung von Betriebsvereinbarungen, HR-Projekten, tariflichen Themenstellungen, allgemeine Mitbestimmungsthemen
- Sie stellen eine konstruktive und vertrauensvolle Kommunikation mit den mitbestimmungsrechtlichen Gremien sicher, nehmen Anfragen auf und gewährleisten eine lösungsorientierte Bearbeitung
- Sie stellen durch Ihre Expertise die Einhaltung mitbestimmungsrechtlicher Vorgaben in (internen) Projekten sicher
- Sie entwerfen Betriebsvereinbarungen zusammen mit den betroffenen Fachabteilungen und begleiten aktiv die damit verbundenen Verhandlungen
- Sie stellen LR-Support in Einigungsstellenverfahren sicher und tragen dadurch zur Lösungsfindung bei
- Sie entwickeln Strategien und Grundsätze für die Zusammenarbeit mit allen Gremien der Arbeitnehmervertretungen und beraten diesbezüglich Führungskräfte und HR-Verantwortliche
- Sie haben eine direkte Berichtslinie an den Manager HRS
- Umfassende und nachgewiesene Kenntnisse im kollektiven Arbeitsrecht
- Mehrjährige einschlägige Erfahrungen in dem oben beschriebenen Aufgabengebiet und insbesondere im Umgang mit Mitbestimmungsgremien
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften, Personalmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit fundierten Kenntnissen in Mitbestimmungsthemen von Vorteil
- Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsgeschick
- Ausgeprägtes Interesse an der Zusammenarbeit und dem Austausch mit Betriebsräten auf Augenhöhe
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft
