THE ROLE & THE TEAMAs a Team Lead Graphic Design (all genders) at Lounge by Zalando, you will lead a team of Graphic Designers, responsible for producing all digital and print marketing material for Lounge by Zalando.

You will be the creative lead in multiple large cross departmental projects, and define the creative vision of your area.

Besides supporting professional development of the team, you will drive creative strategies, create diverse design guidelines and work collaboratively to develop and apply the Lounge's corporate identity.

You will work closely with our Marketing team, testing hypotheses and implementing channels' best practices with the goal to drive performance of our creatives.

You will also collaborate with our Tech team to drive automation and shape the future of our team in the current technology landscape.

You have 10+ years of experience in working in the field of graphic design, with experience leading teams in a high volume, deadline-driven environment.

You have experience in successfully managing creative teams.

You inspire and lead by example, setting professional standards for the teamYou have the ability to translate business KPIs and brand requirements into creative across multiple channels, funnels and customer touchpoints, and you are comfortable working with senior stakeholders across diverse teams.

You have experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements for digital marketing channels driving performance and brand awareness.

You understand organic social media content and have experience creating it.
You have expert knowledge of Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign.
