Aufgaben

• Du prüfst Bewerbungsunterlagen, führst erste Interviews und übernimmst die Talent Acquisition
• Du suchst nach potentiellen Kandidaten über Social Networks und schreibst Kandidaten gezielt an (Active Sourcing)
• Du erhähltst einen ersten Überblick im allgemeinen HR-Management
• Du erhältst eine individuelle Einarbeitung sowie vielseitige Möglichkeiten zur persönlichen Weiterentwicklung

Qualifikation

• Du studierst und bist auf der Suche nach einem Vollzeit-Praktikumsplatz im Personalwesen
• Du bist offen, kommunikativ und motiviert
• Du bist organisiert und arbeitest selbstständig
• Du besitzt fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
