- Responsible for the commercial administration and further development of the group-wide management reporting system
- Continuous development of standard reports, in particular the inclusion of additional KPIs to cover the requirements of information stakeholders (such as management, business areas and private equity shareholders)
- Responsible for setting up commercial dashboards in Microsoft PowerBI including definition of interfaces, loading processes, etc.
- Establishment of the BI team as a single point of contact for all issues relating to the provision of information
- Participate in the conception and implementation of a reporting factory within Group Controlling
- Central contact for the business areas for ad hoc inquiries
- Definition of uniform processes to ensure efficient information provision
- Quality assurance and comparison of data with the source systems (eg Microsoft Navision, SAP SEM BCS)
- Ensuring central data governance and data integrity
- Successfully completed business studies, preferably with a focus on IT, or (business) information technology with a commercial focus
- Several years of experience in reporting / business intelligence and/or at the interface between controlling and IT
- Confident use of BI tools (especially Infor BI and Power BI) and experience in visualizing and creating management reports and KPI dashboards
- Good knowledge of databases (e.g. OLAP and SQL)
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Very good knowledge of German and English
