- Client management of the desktop infrastructure from deployment to roll-out
- Management of mobile end devices using mobile device management
- Administration of the PBX and the unified communication platform in cooperation with external partners
- Administration of the antivirus solution for the client infrastructure
- Planning and conception for the further development of the existing IT landscape in the area of desktop infrastructure
- Analysis and rectification of malfunctions in operations
- Processing and resolving tickets including documentation, especially in second and third level support
- Communication and coordination of service providers
- Participation in the implementation of IT projects, in particular for the further digitalization of the district office's infrastructure
- Completed IT training or a degree in computer science or information technology or a comparable qualification
- Experience as a Windows administrator (m/f/d), in particular knowledge of configuring Windows clients, telephone systems and mobile device management
- A good understanding of security practices and experience in implementing security solutions is desirable
- Good communication skills and team spirit
- Willingness to continuously learn and familiarize yourself with new technologies
- A class B driving license
- A permanent, challenging and responsible position in a service-oriented authority
