- Work closely with functional and technical resources during the build phase to ensure that the delivered software product will in fact fully satisfy all of the business needs for which it's intended.
- Define high level test plans and test scenarios along with acceptance criteria for all systems functions. Assist with the execution of all testing and verification of expected results.

The Technical Analyst's primary focus will be working to solution, review and develop SFDC and custom extensions (as necessary) to the product and integrating with other systems. The developer, in collaboration with the technology team will also help define how the solution will be implemented. Responsibilities include leading technical requirements gathering sessions, writing requirements and specification documents, any integration efforts and working with the solutions architect to determine the correct solution. As a key member of the IT organization, this role will be responsible and accountable for providing effective and efficient technical, functional, and reporting support for Salesforce.
