Our Trainee Program for Trade Specialists (m/f/d)

Small, big, or very big steps forward? You have the power to decide where you want to go after high school. And if you choose Takko Fashion, then in your training to become a Trade Specialist (m/f/d) you can expect everything but boredom.

• At the start of your training, you will get to know the daily business in retail - from purchasing and selling to marketing and visual merchandising, as well as consultation, service, and the right customer interaction.
• You will learn the theoretical part of your training at regular intervals through block classes at our Takko Fashion Academy near Hannover.
• Already during your training, you can take on initial responsibilities in personnel and department management.
• Trade Specialists (m/f/d) are our future leaders. Therefore, employee management and personnel management are also part of your responsibilities - topics that you will deepen during your subsequent education along with your business knowledge.
• During the training, depending on your experience and commitment, you may already lead your first small store.

• You are seeking a profession where you can combine your passion for fashion and your interest in economic connections.
• With your high school diploma or complete university entrance qualification, you are looking for a practical entry into a profession. You want more than an apprenticeship; however, a traditional degree is too theoretical for you. By the way: we also welcome university dropouts.
• We are looking for individuals who will contribute to our further company success in a professional, open-minded, and committed manner.
• As a future leader, you want to quickly take on responsibilities and would also be willing to relocate for your next career step during or after your education.

• Pure responsibility and variety are on the program because at Takko Fashion you will learn everything you need to be successful. And in the end? You will have three IHK certifications in hand: Retail Merchant (m/f/d), Trade Specialist (m/f/d), and the qualification to train apprentices.
