The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our HR team as a prospective personnel services clerk. This three-year apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources.

• Support the recruitment process by identifying top talent and participating in interviews
• Select and develop applicants, ensuring they meet the company's requirements
• Assist employees throughout their entire career lifecycle, providing guidance and support when needed
• Contribute to exciting projects, such as event planning, employee surveys, and sustainability initiatives
• Manage and control all HR processes, from start to finish
• Create and administer HR documents, including contracts and certificates

Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you should possess a good understanding of HR principles and have excellent communication skills. You should also be able to work independently, maintain a structured approach, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

A solid foundation in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, is an asset, but not essential. We value your willingness to learn and adapt to our systems.
