Role Overview: As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales of Flow Cytometry products across the German market. Leveraging your expertise in the field, you will develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Flow Cytometry product portfolio.
• Identify and target key accounts, build strong relationships with customers, and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
• Travel within Germany to meet with clients, attend conferences, and represent the company.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in sales, particularly in the field of Flow Cytometry products.
• Strong understanding of the life sciences industry and market dynamics in Germany.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
