    At Semikron Danfoss we are currently looking for a Process Engineer (m/f/d) in Flensburg for our imaging inspections like x-ray or ultrasonic microscopy .

    Job Responsibilities

    In this role, you will be responsible for the imaging inspections in our series production. You will work both independently and in a team of experts that is constantly growing.

    You will also take on the following tasks, among others:

  • Supervision of imaging inspection procedures in our series production of power modules
  • Implementation of AI methods for image processing and classification
  • Development of suitable methods for process data acquisition and monitoring
  • Carrying out process and failure analyses, as well as improvement projects
  • Preparation of specifications, work instructions and training for employees

    • Background & Skills

    You have successfully completed a Master's or Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering or an equivalent technical field and have ideally already gained initial work experience in the series production of electronics.

    In addition, we would like to see:

  • Initial contact with imaging inspections in a series production is an advantage, but not a requirement
  • Knowledge of methods for process improvement and problem solving
  • Basics of AI
  • A motivated and systematic approach to work
  • A high degree of teamwork, proactivity and hands-on-mentality
  • Very good English and good written and spoken German skills
